She IVF Centre – clarity, transparency, and patient agreements for IVF & surrogacy services
Please read these terms carefully before availing any IVF, surrogacy, or fertility services at She IVF Centre, Delhi. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to She IVF Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with our clinic, website, and any fertility treatments, including IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), ICSI, surrogacy programs, egg/sperm donation, and associated medical services.
By scheduling a consultation, signing consent forms, or making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
IVF involves medical procedures that carry certain risks, including but not limited to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, multiple pregnancy, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, and failure to achieve pregnancy. Our doctors will explain these risks during consultation, and you will sign separate informed consent forms before any procedure.
Surrogacy in India is governed by the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act and relevant ICMR guidelines. As a foreign or Indian intended parent, you must meet all legal eligibility criteria. She IVF Centre facilitates only altruistic surrogacy (where permitted by law) and provides medical management. Legal aspects must be handled by your independent legal counsel; we do not provide legal advice.
When using donor eggs, sperm, or embryos, you acknowledge that donors are screened as per statutory requirements. The clinic does not guarantee physical or intellectual characteristics of the donor. All donor identity remains confidential to the extent mandated by law.
While we strive for the highest success rates, fertility treatments are not 100% guaranteed. We do not guarantee pregnancy, live birth, or the health of any child conceived. Fees are non-refundable for unsuccessful cycles unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Patients must meet the minimum age requirements: women 21–50 years, men 21–55 years (subject to clinic policies and medical assessment). We reserve the right to decline treatment if, in our medical opinion, it poses unacceptable risks.
You agree to provide complete, accurate medical history, lifestyle information, and identification documents. Withholding relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and could result in termination of services without refund.
You must follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions, attend monitoring appointments, and take prescribed medications as directed. Failure to comply may reduce success chances and absolves the clinic from responsibility for poor outcomes.
All treatment packages, consultation fees, medication costs, and surrogacy arrangement fees are detailed in your personalized treatment plan. Prices are subject to change, but you will be informed before any increase applies to your ongoing cycle.
Payment schedules are provided in advance. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a treatment slot. Full payment for the cycle is due before egg retrieval or embryo transfer, as outlined in your agreement.
If a cycle is cancelled before starting medication, you may receive a refund minus administrative charges. Once medication has begun, refunds are not provided for medications purchased. In case of medical cancellation (e.g., poor response, no eggs retrieved), a partial refund may apply as per clinic policy. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
All foreign currency payments will be converted to Indian Rupees at the prevailing exchange rate. Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are borne by the patient.
We comply with applicable data protection laws. Your medical records and personal information are kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent except as required by law or for medical purposes (e.g., referral to another specialist).
By accepting these terms, you consent to the use of anonymized data for research, quality improvement, and educational purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by written notice.
International patients are responsible for obtaining a valid medical visa. We provide invitation letters and documentation support, but final visa approval rests with Indian authorities. We are not liable for visa denials or delays.
While we assist with travel recommendations and accommodation, we are not responsible for any issues arising with third-party travel services (airlines, hotels, transport). Patients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance.
After returning home, we offer teleconsultations for follow-up. Any emergency care must be sought locally; we can coordinate with your local doctor.
Surrogacy arrangements are governed by Indian law. Intended parents must provide all documents required by law: marriage certificate (if applicable), medical eligibility certificates, and no-objection certificates from their embassy if foreign nationals.
The surrogate mother is an independent individual who enters into a separate agreement with the intended parents. She IVF Centre provides medical management but is not a party to the financial or legal arrangement between intended parents and surrogate.
Legal parentage is established through court orders or as per the Surrogacy Act. Intended parents must obtain appropriate legal advice to ensure they can legally take the child to their home country. We do not provide legal or immigration advice.
The intended parents are responsible for arranging adequate health and life insurance for the surrogate mother, covering all pregnancy-related risks, as mandated by law.
